1. Terms

These terms and conditions govern the use of the website http://www.hotelmaris.in and which is available to all users worldwide. By accessing the website at http://www.hotelmaris.in (hereafter “this website”) you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Rooms and booking

Currency: All currency referred to in these terms are in Indian Rupees and expressed as ‘Rs.’.

Pricing: Basic pricing for Standard rooms and Deluxe rooms will be as published from time to time, plus all relevant taxes . Please write to us at reservation@hotelmaris.in to get the latest published tariff.

Rate inclusions: Rates are inclusive of accommodation, complimentary Wi-Fi, and the amenities & facilities as per the service design of the room category booked. For details on room amenities offered – kindly refer room details link under ‘Rooms’ tab.

Deposit Policy: A deposit amount of Rs 1,000 (for every 24 hour usage booked) will be charged at the time of making reservation online. This deposit amount will be adjusted against the final bill on check out.

Example 1 – if Check in is booked for 5pm on 10th June and Check out at 5pm on 11th June, Rs 1,000 will be charged at the time of booking online.

Example 2 – if check in is booked for 5pm on 10th June and Check out at 8pm on 11th June, Rs 2,000 will be charged at the time of booking online.

Modification of booking: Booking is amendable for personal details and stay details (check-in and check-out date) – up to 48 hours prior to the booking, subject to availability. For amendment in stay dates or Add-ons (if any), kindly write to reservation@hotelmaris.in

Cancellation Policy: No retention would be charged if cancelled 48 hours prior to check-in. For cancellations less than 48 hours prior to check-in, the hotel will retain the complete deposit amount.

Check in and check-out timings: The hotel operates a 24 hour check in check out policy.

Extra Bed / Child policy: The stay is complimentary for up to 1 child (under 12 years) in the same room. Guests above the age of 12 years would be considered as adults. Extra bed would be available at an additional cost – rates will be published from time to time. The request can be placed in the booking form. All other extra services & amenities would be on an additional charge.

Currency converter: All payments will have to be made in Indian rupees.

Important Documents: Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. As a government mandate, guests are expected to present a valid proof of identity at the time of check in.

3.Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

1. Modify or copy the materials;
2. Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on this website;
4. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
5. Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Hotel Maris at any time. Further, Hotel Maris does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. All information and pictures provided are only of indicative nature and are not to be taken as the basis for any claim as they do not constitute representations or warranties of any nature. The services offered are on ‘as is’ basis.

Hotel Maris reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of this offer, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without any notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability. Please note that taxes may change as per the notified rules by the state / central government and will be payable by the guest at the time of check-out

5. Limitations

In no event shall Hotel Maris or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website, even if Hotel Maris or a Hotel Maris authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. In no case, shall the liability of Hotel Maris exceed the basic room tariff (before taxes) as published from time to time.

The materials appearing on this website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Hotel Maris does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Hotel Maris may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Hotel Maris does not make any commitment to update the materials. The company’s legal name is ‘Maris Hotels and Theatres Private Limited’. The website uses our trading name of ‘Hotel Maris’.
